I simply cannot wait for Ashleigh and Luke’s wedding in Newham. They’re having the ceremony at the church that Ashleigh’s parents and grand parents got hitched in followed by a marquee. Most people I speak to are uncomfortable with the camera (in fact, 99% of the population I’d say) however, during their little practice shoot in the woods it was like working with a couple of seasoned pro’s.
As with al couple’s I have the pleasure shooting with, I never dictate how long we go out for. I never want folk to spend time away from their guests if they don’t want to. Some people are actively want a little break from their guests because, pretty much this will be the only time they’ll have together (seriously!). On average we spend about 30-40 minutes on a portrait session depending on whether if a car journey is involved, but some people only want to go out for 10 minutes - some don’t want any at all! We just fit in with the day and shoot things covertly!
