I’m not going to lie... I may have gotten just a touch lost for Louise and Jerry’s wedding at Pip Farm - so much for technology.
Found along some dirt roads smaller than my lower intestine, Pip Farm was full of electricity for the big day ahead.
All hands were on the deck as guests hung lanterns, set out chairs, cooked breakfast over an outside open stove and chased after the kids on the wide open lawn that was being set up for the ceremony.
Louise wore a stunning ball gown-esq dress from Kleinman in New York (the stuff that dreams are made of - I know) fitted at the waist with full flow of ruffles and layers pillowing down to the floor.
Jerry scrubbed up nicely too...
Before their 60 closest family and friends, Louise and Jerry along with their 2 adorable children stood with the legend that is Zena Birch and vowed to continue their fantastic journey along this road called life, making each other happy and whole, which apparently would start with a rave on exiting to what I think the kids would describe now a days as ‘garage’
After an amazing sit down banquet, followed by guests providing entertainment with their speeches about the newly weds, such loud and colourful music blared that couldn’t even keep me off the dance floor. Everyone gathered as traditionally, the brides dad, stuck dollar bills on his daughter as she danced with everyone watching and clapping along.
It was a hard wedding to leave, so much energy, so much love and so much pizza. If you can think of a better way end the days celebrations, go ahead - I’ll wait....
