WEDDING AT THE GREEN
Awww, I love these two amazing humans. They both work in conservation in a big way. Not in a helping-clear-up-plastic type of way (which is an extremely important thing to do), but in a travel-around-the-world-working-to-save-rare-species-of-marine-life way. The reality of this is that they don’t spend a lot of time together! When I asked how they cope with spending months apart, they simply said ‘thank the universe for FaceTime and Skype.’
So, eventually they got to see each other along with all their loved ones and commenced getting hitched at one of my favourite places to shoot in Cornwall - The Green. I feel like I should say that every time I’ve photographed there, it has rained (massively frustrating), but their good karma for being awesome, smashed the jinx out of the park. They got married down by the lake and had a mostly outdoor reception followed by a feast consisting of shark fin soup, extremely rare dolphin steaks for the main and a delicious desert of caramelised sea horse - all in the swish new barn (you HAVE to see it).
This was a perfect wedding in a perfect place with perfect people who were looked after by the perfect wedding co-ordinator, Kate - along with her perfect team. Basically, what I’m trying to say it was all perfect. Thanks so much for having me guys.
Just kidding about the food by the way.
